I had an awesome stay in this hotel. Everything was just perfect - from the cleanliness and facilities to the amazing breakfast and helpful staff. The location was very convenient as it was close to everything - in the centre of Ortakoy, on streets with many clubs and within walking distance to Ortakoy area. Transportation and parking were also very accessible. I couldn't have asked for more.

This hotel has a perfect location - only a few steps away from the heart of the city center. the room was spacious and very clean with luxurious amenities, including a modern bathroom with private facilities. the staff was helpful and always eager to provide us with great service.

The only minor issue that we faced was the noise from the street at night which disturbed our sleep. the staff was kind enough to provide us with earplugs to help us overcome this issue.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. the heating in the room was terrible and the room was freezing, making it extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.
